Three major technical innovations
（1）Super-strong grinding technology By virtue of the patented super-strong grinding technology of Onedear, the grinding fineness is enhanced to 1.5mm. The grinding ability and strength are both ahead at the international Level. In food waste disposal, the enhanced fineness by the super strong grinding can greatly improve the oil-water separation and the biochemical treatment efficiency, thus to improve the waste treating effects, and thereby, providing a powerful key for the biochemical processing of food waste.

（2）Oil-water separation technology As a perfect combination of the advanced Euro-American-Japanese technology of oil-water separation with the kitchen oil properties in China, the patented Onedear technology of oil-water separation makes a great improvement on the separation efficiency. With the improvements, the development of oil-water separation technology in China is greatly boosted from the primary level of laboratory work to an advanced stage of practical applications. By the technology, not only the sufficiency of oil-water separation is improved, but also the oil-water separation efficiency is enhanced.

（3）Bio-chemical processing technology Instead of using the traditional methods of microbial biochemical processing, by combining the Japanese technology of biochemical processing with the characteristics of the frequently used kitchens in China, the Onedear technology realizes the operating environments for low-cost, high efficiency and high frequency processing. Such performance can not only overcome the drawbacks of traditional microbial processing, but also improve the processing efficiency.

Product description
By integrating the technologies of food waste grinding, oil-water separation and biochemical processing, using an autocontrol technology, the Onedear commercial-type food waste disposer realize an integrative and high-efficiency processing of kitchen wastes. The disposer makes a comprehensive treatment to the raw material of food wastes by water-removing press, oil-water separation and biochemical processing. After the water-removing press, the squeezed and separated food residue and hogwash oil are transferred to biodiesel or neutral water, the discharged neutral water can be recycled.
